Sweet Potato Crunch

3- 4 cups of boiled until tender and mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 Cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs well beaten
pinch or two of cinnamon
mix all ingredients well

Topping:
1 cup of chopped nuts
1/2 cup flour
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine

mix well together and spread over the top of pot
and cook at about 300* until golden brown.
